Eligibility for Return

• Returns must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.
• Only damaged products will be considered for a return, and video proof of the damage is mandatory. This proof must be emailed to us at booksgrub@gmail.com.

Conditions for Return

• The item must remain unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.
• Returns will not be accepted for non-damaged products or any reasons other than those outlined above.

Return Process

1. Email us at booksgrub@gmail.com with the order details and video proof of the damage clearly showing the product and its condition.
2. If the return is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions. If not, we will notify you via email.

Refund Policy

• If the return is accepted, we will refund the total product cost, including shipping charges for the original delivery.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Return Shipment

• Customers are responsible for sending the books back via courier.
• We will cover the shipping costs for sending the item back. The refund or reimbursement for this shipping cost will be communicated during the return process.

• Returns without prior approval or initiated after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted.
• Video proof is mandatory for processing any return request.
